Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import straight into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on NatWest statements
- NatWest statements usually use “Paid In” and “Withdrawn” columns alongside “Balance”.
- Dates are day-first and amounts are in GBP for UK accounts.
- “Withdrawn” values become negative Amounts; “Paid In” values become positive.
