SecureHow it works
- 1
Upload your PDF statement
Drop in a statement from any bank. The file is processed and then deleted.
- 2
We extract every transaction with the correct sign
Money out becomes a negative amount, money in positive — dates, descriptions and balances kept intact.
- 3
Download Excel or CSV and import anywhere
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import straight into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on Chase statements
- Chase checking statements use US month-first dates (MM/DD) and US dollars.
- Transactions are grouped into sections such as “Deposits and Additions” and “Electronic Withdrawals” instead of in/out columns; withdrawals become negative Amounts.
- The statement year is printed in the header rather than on each row, so check dates around a December–January statement period.
