How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact RibeiroPinto OÜ support and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
