SecureHow it works
- 1
Upload your PDF statement
Drop in a statement from any bank. The file is processed and then deleted.
- 2
We extract every transaction with the correct sign
Money out becomes a negative amount, money in positive — dates, descriptions and balances kept intact.
- 3
Download Excel or CSV and import anywhere
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import straight into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on CommBank statements
- Commonwealth Bank statements are in Australian dollars (AUD) with day-first dates (for example “12 Sep”).
- Amounts are usually split into “Debit” and “Credit” columns next to a running balance.
- Opening and closing balance lines are not transactions and are left out of the rows.
