What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on Barclays statements
- Barclays statements are in pounds sterling (GBP) with day-first dates (DD/MM/YYYY or “12 Sep”).
- Transactions usually sit in separate “Money out” and “Money in” columns next to a running balance — money out becomes a negative Amount, money in a positive one.
- Multi-page statements repeat the column headers on each page; the export gives you one continuous table.
