Convert bank statement PDF for QuickBooks
QuickBooks imports bank transactions from CSV files, not PDFs. Upload your statement PDF, download the CSV, then upload it in QuickBooks’ bank transaction import.
AI-Enhanced
Smart parsing understands different bank statement layouts.
Private by design
Your statement is processed privately and deleted after processing — we never keep the file.
Upload PDF
SecureHow it works
- 1
Upload your PDF statement
Drop in a statement from any bank. The file is processed and then deleted.
- 2
We extract every transaction with the correct sign
Money out becomes a negative amount, money in positive — dates, descriptions and balances kept intact.
- 3
Download Excel or CSV and import anywhere
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import straight into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on QuickBooks exports
- We don’t connect to QuickBooks directly — you download a CSV and import it yourself, so nothing is shared with a third party.
- QuickBooks can read a single signed amount column; map Date, Description and Amount during import.
- If you prefer separate columns, map Money Out and Money In instead of Amount.
