Convert bank statement PDF for Xero
Xero imports bank statements from CSV files, not PDFs. Upload your statement PDF, download the CSV, then use Xero’s manual statement import to bring the transactions in.
AI-Enhanced
Smart parsing understands different bank statement layouts.
Private by design
Your statement is processed privately and deleted after processing — we never keep the file.

SecureHow it works
- 1
Upload your PDF statement
Drop in a statement from any bank. The file is processed and then deleted.
- 2
We extract every transaction with the correct sign
Money out becomes a negative amount, money in positive — dates, descriptions and balances kept intact.
- 3
Download Excel or CSV and import anywhere
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or import straight into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
What you get
Every conversion gives you an Excel (.xlsx) and a CSV file with these columns:
| Date | Description | Money Out | Money In | Amount | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12/09/2026 | CARD PAYMENT — GROCERIES | 45.20 | -45.20 | 954.80 |
Notes on Xero exports
- We don’t connect to Xero directly — you download a CSV and import it yourself.
- Xero’s statement import expects a signed amount: map our Amount column (money out negative, money in positive), plus Date and Description.
- Import one statement period at a time to avoid duplicate transactions.
